How It All Started
Our founder, Michael Bradley, grew up loving the laid-back pace and natural beauty of life along the Chesapeake Bay. But when he searched for clothing that matched that feeling—something stylish, crazy comfortable, and actually affordable—he came up empty. Everything felt either too over-the-top or too expensive.
So in January 2024, he decided to build it himself.
Born in Gloucester, Virginia, Chesapeake Clothing Company was created with one simple mission:
To offer coastal-inspired apparel that brings comfort, exploration, and happiness to everyday life—without the hefty price tag.
