1. Where is Chesapeake Clothing Company from?

Chesapeake Clothing Company was launched in Gloucester (Virginia) in the early days of January 2024.

2. Does Chesapeake Clothing Company do any custom work?

We do! See a design you want to customize more? Want a completely customized design? Reach out to our support team (support@chesapeakeclothing.com) for assistance ordering custom work. Please note there will be a small upcharge for custom work. 

3. Where do Chesapeake Clothing Company products ship from?

At this time, Chesapeake Clothing Company operates under a Print-On-Demand (POD) Drop Shipping model using suppliers through Printify and Printful. Under this model, your products are produced AFTER your purchase at our supplier's closest location to you. Since this is the case, shipping locations vary based on the suppliers with the shortest production time AND distance to you. Please consider this when making your purchase, as production and shipping times can vary.

4. Why did Chesapeake Clothing Company decide to operate under a POD model?

Chesapeake Clothing Company elected to utilize POD in an effort to offer our customers the most styles and colors possible, allowing us to maintain minimal inventory while still offering a high amount of product choices. 

5. What is Chesapeake Clothing Company's return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Due to our small business nature, customers are responsible the purchase of return shipping labels.

6. How should I care for my Chesapeake Clothing Company apparel?

As all of our print products are done DTG (direct to garment) we recommend that you turn your apparel inside out when washing it. This will help to preserve the design for longer.

7. What payment methods does Chesapeake Clothing Company accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Apple Pay.

8. Does Chesapeake Clothing Company ship internationally?

We currently DO NOT ship our products internationally.

9. Why is there no Sales Tax on my order?

If you are one of the lucky ones to live in an area that we do not have physical or economic nexus, then we do no collect sales tax on your order. Please note though that if we do not collect sales tax on your order that you may be responsible for paying use tax on your end. Please consult with your state's department of taxation for more information on this.
